Now we are going to learn that How to make an amplifier 1000 Watts using 2SC5200 and 2SA1943? here we used 8 transistors. 4 are 2sc5200 and another 4 are 2sa1943. this is a high power amplifier. we can make according to our needs. such as we need 1000 watts. one transistor can take 1.2 amperes.there have many kinds of the transistor in our market. we have to use good quality one transistor. we know that voltage X ampere = Watts. We are using 45 voltage and 8 amperes, So 45X8=360 watts. but we need 1000 watts then we have to use 45voltage and 12 amperes. for 12 amperes we have to use minimum 8 transistors because one transistor can take 1.2 amperes.This is a 500W+500W Stero Amplifier.For making an amplifier need a good quality one transformer. watts depend on the transformer. normally we don’t think about the transformer. we choose good quality one circuit only. it’s not good. we have to know voltage and amperes are make watts not the circuit. here in this video, we use a bass tone circuit also. it controls the sound. we can control bass and tone as our’s needs. in this post How to make an amplifier 1000 Watts. we need to know about transistor also.

How To Add More Transistor To A Amplifier tta5200 tta1943

We are going to add more transistor to our amplifier. here our amplifier has 2 transistor 2SA1943 and 2SC5200. this amplifier can make 105 watts. here one transistor can take 1.2 amperes. so 2 x 1.2 ampers = 2.4 amperes. and we use 35-0-35 voltage and 3 amperes. so 35×3 = 105 watts. But now we are going to add another 6 transistors. we use another 6 transistors and 6 resistance 3 are 2SA1943 + 3 are 2SC5200. and 6 pieces of 5W 0.22-ohm resistance.

We can now learn how to add more transistor. We have to increase the transformer too. for 2 transistor board and for 8 transistor board are not same for 2 transistor board need 35-0-35 and 3 amperes. and for 8 transistor need 1.2 x 8 = 9.6 amperes. and voltage needs 45-0-45 or 50-0-50 voltage here in this video, we can use 50-0-50 voltage and 10 amperes. so, 50×10 = 500 500 Watts We can get more transpistor and increase the voltage.
